| Misty fables surround one of Ireland's unique treasures, "The Claddagh," a symbol of love, friendship and loyalty. Some 400 years ago in a fishing village called Claddagh, over-looking Galway Bay, close to the city of the tribes, lived Richard Joyce, a Master Goldsmith. It was he who crafted this now famous design that has become part of our unique heritage. The ring worn on the right hand, crown turned inward, tells your heart is yet unoccupied. Worn with the crown turned outward, it reveals that love is being considered. Worn on the left, with the crown turned outwards, it shows that your heart is truly spoken for. |

| Restaurants Casual in Baltimore MD |

| On March 15, 1996 Jimmy and Carey Fagan opened Irelands Four Courts in Arlington, Virginia. Jimmy, originally from Mullingar, has numerous years of restaurant experience in both Ireland and Washington DC. The philosophy behind the Four Courts was to create a great local neighborhood bar, with the warmth and inviting atmosphere that he was accustomed to in Ireland. With the same philosophy in mind, Jimmy and Carey decided to open a new pub in Baltimore, Maryland. The James Joyce Irish Pub and Restaurant opened its doors for the first time on November 23rd, 2002, and has fast become a neighborhood hangout as well as a refuge for guests in several local hotels. The James Joyce Irish Pub and Restaurant is a brand new operation. Its name is derived from the Irish novelist, short-story writer and poet, James Joyce. Joyce is regarded as one of the greatest, most innovative literary talents of the twentieth century. |

| Johansson's Dining House |
| Restaurants Casual in Westminister MD |
| 410-876-0101 |
| during World War II, aboard the Finland/South American Lines, David Johansson was but a gleam in Chef Birger Johansson's eye. It may however explain young David's early desire to become a restaurteur. And so the story goes, after twenty years in the Carroll County area, David finally found a home at 4 West Main Street. The rich history of the building was always attractive to David. Having been built 1913, it housed a clothing store and tailor shop until 1940 when it was leased to G.C. Murphy for the next forty years. In 1980 Terry Burke opened The Treat Shop on the first floor. At that time an antigue mall occupied the basement When the antique mall closed a restaurant called The Cellar Door opened. With the opening of Cranberry Mall in 1987, The Treat Shop moved it's retail operation there and The Cellar Door went out of business. It was at this time that David Johansson leased the downstairs and opened Champs. When the building became available for sale in 1994, David's dream came full circle and so began construction of Johansson's Dining House. |

Washington Tavern quickly became a comfortable neighborhood eatery; a coomon for debate and chatter at day's end, and the proper environment for those special lunches, dinners and late night suppings. Now in our 25th year, there is great pride in our growing reputation for great homemade food, inventive chefs, heavy handed bartenders, and an atmosphere that makes you happy to be in Baltimore. |

Enjoy Fine Dining on our
Casual Bar and Outdoor Dining
Situated on Westminster Pike - one mile west of Reisterstown on US Route 140, this structure was built in 1722 and opened as an Inn. The original building is of log construction with the clapboard exterior added over 100 years ago. The name of the Inn has long been forgotten.
North Star Tavern was the third stop for the wagon trains then operating between Baltimoretowne and Fort Pitt (Pittsburgh). Notables from many countries were lodged here as well as leaders of the Revolutionary and Civil Wars. The late Cardinal Gibbons spent his vacations here and it was he who blessed this house.
At the North Star Tavern, the hospitality of those days of long ago will again be extended to all who stop here to dine with us.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your visit.

| The Music Man
2305 Grand Central Avenue
Lavallette, NJ 08735
The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe opened Friday, May 23, 2003 offering families a live entertainment experience in Lavallette, and entertainment is the key word!
"Many people would look at The Music Man's main product as ice cream," says Josephine Sessa-Agliata, owner of The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe. "We look at our main product as family entertainment, that serves a product called ice cream."
Patrons of The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe are treated to an "Old Fashioned Ice Cream Shoppe" with a twist. Performing waiters and waitresses may ask guests, "What would you do for your ice cream sundae?" It's a scream when someone has to shake for his or her shake.
A vaudeville style cabaret of upbeat American tunes is performed during every seating; sung by performers who maneuver around the entire shop, singing directly to individual guests and incorporating them into the show. "It's a family entertainment experience that appeals to all ages," Sessa-Agliata says.
But what else makes The Music Man stand out from Lavallette's other ice cream shops?
"There are a handful of ice cream establishments in Lavallette within a one-mile stretch," Sessa-Agliata explains. "What sets The Music Man aside for families in Lavallette is the fact that The Music Man provides family entertainment with a seating capacity of 100."
The Music Man has off-hour personalized special events such as Private Birthday Parties, as well as a Children's Story Hour, a performance story time where characters from classics such as Snow White and Pinnochio come alive. The Children's Story Time begins July and runs weekly Wednesday and Thursday, through the end of August.
For families short on time, The Music Man Ice Cream Shoppe offers Take-out Ice Cream, with a window open from noon to midnight.
